# Ingredients List:

→ Meat

01 - 2 lb lean ground beef (90/10 or 93/7 fat content)

→ Vegetables & Aromatics

02 - 1/2 large yellow onion, finely diced

→ Fats & Oils

03 - 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
04 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted, plus extra for greasing

→ Dairy & Cheese

05 - 8 slices medium cheddar cheese
06 - 6 oz medium cheddar, shredded

→ Breads

07 - 24 dinner rolls, halved

→ Condiments & Seasonings

08 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise
09 - 1 teaspoon salt
10 - 1 teaspoon black pepper
11 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
12 - 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Generously butter the bottom of a rimmed baking sheet to prevent sticking.
02 - Heat 1/2 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced onion and cook briefly, then add ground beef. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Break up the meat with a spatula and cook until just done. Remove pan from heat.
03 - Tilt skillet and carefully spoon off excess fat. Stir mayonnaise into the cooked ground beef mixture until evenly combined.
04 - Arrange bottom halves of the dinner rolls on the prepared baking sheet. Place one slice of cheddar cheese on each bottom bun. Evenly spread the seasoned ground beef mixture over the cheese layer, smoothing edges with the back of a spatula.
05 - Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the ground beef layer to cover each slider fully.
06 - Place the top halves of the buns cut-side down over the cheese layer. Brush tops with melted butter and immediately sprinkle with sesame seeds.
07 - Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Use lean ground beef to reduce excess fat and prevent greasy sliders.
02 - Prepare sliders ahead of time and reheat for convenient serving.
