# Ingredients List:

→ Main

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 1 packet taco seasoning
03 - 1 cup cooked white rice
04 - 1/2 cup sour cream
05 - 1/2 cup nacho cheese sauce
06 - 1/4 cup chipotle sauce
07 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
08 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
09 - 4 large flour tortillas
10 - Butter or oil, as needed for grilling

# How to Make It:

01 - In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until fully browned, about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain any excess grease.
02 - Add taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water to the browned beef. Stir well and simmer for 5 minutes to infuse flavor.
03 - Heat each tortilla in a dry skillet or microwave until soft and pliable, about 30 seconds.
04 - Lay one tortilla flat. Evenly layer 1/4 of the rice, seasoned beef, nacho cheese sauce, chipotle sauce, and sour cream. Sprinkle with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
05 - Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of shredded cheese on a heated clean skillet. Place filled burrito seam-side down onto cheese and grill over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes or until golden and crisp. Flip and repeat on the other side.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
02 - For best texture, reheat on the stovetop to crisp the cheese, or microwave for 60 to 90 seconds.
03 - Add black beans, jalapeños, or shredded chicken for additional variety. For a vegan alternative, substitute dairy-free cheese and use plant-based filling.
