In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until fully browned, about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain any excess grease.

Add taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water to the browned beef. Stir well and simmer for 5 minutes to infuse flavor.

Heat each tortilla in a dry skillet or microwave until soft and pliable, about 30 seconds.

Lay one tortilla flat. Evenly layer 1/4 of the rice, seasoned beef, nacho cheese sauce, chipotle sauce, and sour cream. Sprinkle with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.

Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of shredded cheese on a heated clean skillet. Place filled burrito seam-side down onto cheese and grill over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes or until golden and crisp. Flip and repeat on the other side.
