# How to Make It:

01 - Set the oven to 163°C (325°F) to warm up.
02 - In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs thoroughly. Add bacon bits, cottage cheese, shredded cheese, salt, and black pepper; mix until evenly incorporated.
03 - Spray a 12-cup muffin pan with cooking oil to prevent sticking.
04 - Evenly distribute the egg mixture into the 12 muffin cups.
05 - Place a shallow pan filled with water on the lower oven rack to create steam.
06 - Position the muffin pan on the upper rack and bake for 23 to 25 minutes until the egg bites are set.
07 - Insert a toothpick into the center of an egg bite; it should come out clean when fully cooked.
08 - Allow the egg bites to cool for a few minutes before gently removing them from the pan. Serve warm.
